1. Introduction
TRACTOR ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal fitness and health tracking application developed by Sortia IT Consulting (Jozef Kapicak). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
2. Data We Collect
Account Data
- Email address (for authentication)
- Profile information: height, birth date, sex, language preference, unit system preference
Health & Fitness Data
- Body weight measurements
- Physical activities (type, duration, distance)
- Step count
- BMI (calculated from weight and height)
- Fitness goals
Diary Data
- Personal journal entries with mood indicators
Health Connect Data
If you choose to connect Health Connect, TRACTOR reads the following data from your device:
- Exercise sessions — to automatically import workouts from connected apps (Samsung Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, etc.)
- Weight records — to automatically import body weight measurements from connected scales and apps
- Step count — to automatically track daily walking activity
Health Connect data is read only when the app is open and only after you explicitly grant permission. You can revoke access at any time in Settings.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Display your fitness activities, weight trends, and BMI
- Calculate progress toward your goals
- Generate personal analytics and charts
- Send reminders you configure
- Synchronize your data across devices via your account
4. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored securely in Supabase (cloud database with PostgreSQL)
- All data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) — each user can only access their own data
- Communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- We do not store Health Connect data separately — it is imported into your existing activity records
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.
- Your data is never shared with advertisers
- Your data is never used for profiling or targeted advertising
- We do not use analytics services that track individual users
- Health Connect data is used exclusively within the app for your personal fitness tracking
6. Your Rights
- Access — You can view all your data in the app at any time
- Export — You can share your data as images from the app
- Delete — You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings
- Disconnect — You can disconnect Health Connect at any time in Settings
- Revoke — You can revoke Health Connect permissions in Android Settings
7. Children's Privacy
TRACTOR is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top.
