Your data is stored securely in a cloud database powered by Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU). This enables you to access your data across devices and prevents data loss. Each user's data is isolated using Row Level Security — you can only access your own records.
Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality: tracking your health metrics, displaying charts and trends, and syncing across your devices. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than operating the app for you.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties. The only third-party service involved is Supabase, which acts as our data processor and is subject to its own privacy policy.
The app does not use any analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. No cookies are used for tracking purposes.
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Database access is protected by Row Level Security policies.

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, send an email to info@sortia.de with the subject line "Delete my Tractor account" and include the email address you used to register. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data (weight entries, activities, diary entries, profile information) from our servers within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
