Delete your account

What will be deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account (email address and login credentials)
• All health and activity entries you logged (weight, BMI, activities, diary notes)
• Your profile, preferences, alarms and cloud-synced app settings
• Your subscription record

Anonymous analytics events are de-identified so they can no longer be linked to you. Data stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Residual copies in backups are purged within a further 30 days.

Request deletion

Enter the email address of your Tractor account. We will confirm the request by email and then delete the account. This applies to accounts created in the Android app and the web app.
