Delete your data

What data Tractor stores

• Health and activity entries you log (weight, BMI, activities, diary notes)
• Your profile, units, preferences and alarms
• Cloud-synced app settings
• Anonymous analytics events

Data stored only on your device stays on your device and is removed by uninstalling the app.

Delete data yourself

In the app you can delete any logged entry directly. To have deleted items and any remaining data permanently removed from our servers, or to wipe everything at once, send the request below.

Request data deletion

Your account stays active; we delete the data you name below (or all of it). Processed within 30 days, with residual backup copies purged within a further 30 days. We will confirm by email.
